Tools to operationalise the synergies between SDGs and Human Rights
June 18, 2019 @ 7:00 am - 8:00 amFree
The 2030 Agenda is explicitly grounded in human rights, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) seek to realise human rights for all. Moreover, the pledge to leave no one behind reflects the fundamental human rights principles of non-discrimination and equality. At the Danish Institute for Human Rights, we develop analysis, tools and guidance to operationalise a human rights-based approach to the implementation of sustainable development, in a manner that leaves no one behind.
This webinar will discuss how to use two of our strategic tools to strengthen the realisation and review of the SDGs with data from human rights mechanisms:
- The Human Rights Guide to the SDGs: sdg.humanrights.dk
- SDG-Human Rights Data Explorer: sdgdata.humanrights.dk
