The Intertwine Alliance is hiring an Equity Program Coordinator to join our small and close-knit team. A 20-hour a week, 10-month contract position, this critical role involves implementing The Intertwine Alliance Equity & Inclusion Strategy. You’ll work alongside equity consultants to continue designing and implementing The Alliance’s Equity & Inclusion Cohorts, lead the staff and board in operationalizing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals, and build relationships with community-based organizations.
