Intertwine Alliance Fall Summit

Wednesday, October 11 (registration deadline)
Wednesday, October 18 (summit)
11:00 am – 6:30 pm
Oregon Zoo
4001 SW Canyon Rd, Portland

This is our biggest event of the year and we hope to see you all there. This year’s theme is Stories of the Past, Stories of the Future. On this 25th anniversary of the Metropolitan Greenspaces Master Plan, expect personal accounts of the past two decades and community members’ hopes for the future to be mixed in with a fun table exercise about your vision for the next 25 years. We need all of your hearts, brains and voices to get this right.

Kicking off the day will be the 4th Annual Force of Nature Awards luncheon and ceremony. Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate the individuals, agencies and projects that inspire us. Then let your imaginations run wild about the future of The Intertwine with a fun workshop led by master storyteller, Will Hornyak. U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service’s Jenny de la Hoz will no doubt keep us smiling as the emcee of the Summit portion of the day. As per festive tradition, we’ll end with socializing, tasty beverages, and the Oregon Zoo’s legendary hors d’oeuvres from 5 to 6:30 pm.
